I have had this three cent piece for around 4 years, and about two years ago I checked the serial number in the PCGS Database and nothing came up.
So what do you guys think, Is this a clerical error or a bogus slab? Someday I will send it into PCGS, but just looking for opinions now.
The slab looks good and stacks nicely with other PCGS slabs

It may very well be a simple database error. PCGS had admitted to having this happen in the past with some coins that began with 50 in their certification numbers. In fact, I had owned a coin that was not listed in their database. If you contact PCGS they may be able to confirm there is a problem with this block of numbers or they may be able to add the coin to their information. Of course, they may ask you to ship it to them at your expense to help fix this, too.

I have no idea what you did, but it definitely comes up for me - just what you have pictured.
