The reverse looks a little strange. Looks like it had some sort of liquid on it at one point.
Regardless, awesome colors!

 

I have a 64 that looks almost identical. I got it roll hunting. It had some crud on the reverse that I popped off and its normal underneath where the crud was, and rainbow around it just like yours. So, yes, there may have been something on there. I love the colors though!

 

I think Petro nailed it -- that's a roll coin.
