I'm curious if any one could possibly help me figure out how much my Ladder Repeater note might be worth. It's a $1, note. Year: 2006. I'm thinking the grade to be a Fine/Very Fine. The serial number is 12341234!

Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!! :)

Face value in that condition especially with no pics to grade it for ourselves.

A nice number, but we gotta have pics (scans) for pricing.

nice find. i would say its a keeper. the value probably isn't much over face because of the condition

I'd keep it. You could probably get $5 for it from the right person. I save #s I consider 'fancy' though even if others don't think they are all that fancy. Keep what you like, sell the rest. and Welcome to CoinTalk!

The value now comes down to condition which is very bad. IMO I wouldnt pay more than $5 for it.

I don't know why, but I think you should throw it up on eBay. I agree some on what the rest of the guys are saying. But I have this feeling that note could fetch $20-30. It's the type of fancy serial number a collector likes.

If I came across one like that, I'd keep it regardless of its value.

I'd keep it if I found it but as the others have said, it probably won't fetch much because of condition.

I would say it is worth, at least, $5... cuz that is what I would offer you for it! :D

    Cool find!

Yeah, cool find. It looks like it needs a note doctor. I there a note doctor in the house? :D

not to be a hall monitor or anything, but you're not supposed to post links to live ebay auctions unless doing so in the for sale section. somebody recently got their post edited because of linking to an auction for some 40% silver, not as advertising, but for feedback on why it's not selling. it's the rules though of this forum.

no big deal, you would've just been warned by a moderator, figured i'd just let you know instead of trying to report it. you can check out the FAQ for the rules, which aren't ridiculous and pretty common sense. it's just that this forum is a great one because there aren't all these links of auctions and what's on sale at such and such a site. oh, and welcome to cointalk. i hope your auction goes well.
