The strangest PMD coin I've ever found.

I toss all my change at the end of the day into a drawer. It's been about 6-7 years since I emptied it (pretty full) so today was the day to search it all. A good day of football and making sure I don't don't dump anything worthwhile into a Coinstar.

This thing caught my eye real quick! Looks to have been exposed to some heat but it made a pretty interesting coin. By far the most interesting PMD coin I've found in 50 years. 1990lincolnPMDfind_08JAN2023.jpg 1990lincolnPMDfind2_08JAN2023.jpg 1990lincolnPMDfind3_08JAN2023.jpg 1990lincolnPMDfindREV_08JAN2023.jpg 1990lincolnPMDfindREV2_08JAN2023.jpg

Maybe a high wattage laser jewelry welding tool. Zinc is much lower than the copper. Jim
