I stopped by the local store today with $20 to spend. I was looking for $1 face in 90% dimes. The guy said someone just cleaned them out but they had just had a lady bring in an old card from a bank that was made for kids to start a savings account. It had just what I was looking for. Nothin too special as they were all circulated common mercs save for one silver Roosie. But all of the mercs had a beautiful magenta tone on the obverses and a cool lime green tone on the reverses. All in all a cool find I think!

Thanks caz! I got it from a coworker and he found it in his friends back yard when he was a kid (in the 70s) they were removing a buried bathtub that was used for gardening and it was right under it.

I just rev this one back from grading today.

 

I had no idea there were crane machines that spit these coins out. I'm still swaddling through endless loads of China made stuffed animals.

 

So what did it come back as? As you have already guessed, that is an amazing Indian.

 

I think Rev just jumped the gun. I guarantee he is bidding on it. He will not let it go...at any cost.
