With everyone getting a gold buffalo, I wanted to get one of my own! This particular gold buff is an NGC MS64. Looked long and hard and found this at northeast numismatics. Should have the coin in hand in a few days. Anyone else have any golden toners to show off?

This '29 is also graded MS64 by NGC. It's a crappy pic but you get an idea of the color;)

See, who needs spendy gold! The gold toned buffs are not uncommon, though sometimes the colors are great.
As for Northeast, I find that while they charge a premium for toners, it is nothing like Anaconda (though I love their coins). They accept bids on many coins. I've gotten some of my favorite coins from Northeast numismatics at very fair prices! I paid only a bit above retail for the toner above (about $40 above retail) which is a tiny premium for a seriously toned coin.
By the way Midas, I've always loved your avatar... what a strike that buff has!
Buffalohunter, I love the burnished golden toners, I have a number of them in AU and lower MS grades in my toned buff album as the the bronze/golds seem to be a common (but really nice looking) toning color on the buffs.
