Looks like the mods have taken care of the duplicate posts. ( Thanks ) These star notes look circulated but are the first year they redesigned to the large portrait I think. Anyway, If I had $200.00 to tie up in paper, it would be in something else that had more potential since you ask about value. To me, I would probably buy gas for the boat and car rather than hang onto these, but if you like them, then surely it is your prerogative to keep them for what they are.
