Not trying to steal any members here. But if you're in a hurry for a consult, you can find me at my main hangout, the Error Coin Information Exchange. Here is the link: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/errorcoininformationexchange/ We've got lots of other savvy error experts who contribute as well.
I always seem to overlook the date of the original thread. Sometimes, I will waste time reading a few pages before realizing that I've already read it. There is nothing wrong with someone reviving an old thread, but I think the "powers that be" should change the protocol so that any thread older than 1 or 2 years would have a different colored bar, red or green maybe, at the top. Chris
But Chris, that would spoil the fun But seriously, many of the older threads contain excellent reference material, and important discussions, and I would not want to put on a label that many might think it was outdated ( although many are ). I also get caught sometimes as I stroll through the new posts and miss the date of the original. I did join that Yahoo group many years ago, but when AT&T messed up my account due to their error, but refused to reopen it due to "policy" , I forgot to add it back on my new ( non-AT&T)account.
Yeah, right! Do you know how many times I've started composing a reply about a 2005 satin finish or Wisconsin high/low leaf or Minnesota extra tree............................. Grrrrrr! "CENSORED"
I was a member of the above errorcoininformationexchange but have stopped receiving posts. Perhaps I should check my email address?
