I picked this up today at a coin show. The dealer listed it at ms-63. Also, I had a free appraisel at the ICG booth, he said ms-64/63. Also, here is a 1963-D Franklin I purchased for $15. I think it is great condition.I am going to send them in to get graded but I was curious about your thoughts. As always, thanks. - Justin
I wouldn't waste the money on the Franklin. It's circulated, wear on high points both sides, lots of scratches not worth the submission fees IMO. The 63D is the common that year with 67,069,292 strikes. Unless you think it will grade higher than 66 without an FBL designation, or 65 and higher with an FBL, it's not worth the fees.
