What is keeping this out of the slab?

Given that the picture is 250x250 pixels, your guess is as good as mine.

 

Improper cleaning and questionable color. Or maybe it's a Chinese coin....I don't know CBH's

 

Fresh scratches...

 

This is just a guess, but I'm gonna say this Draped was cleaned and then an AT attempt was made.

 

Probably that scratch from 2:45 down to 5:25

The only thing that can really keep it out of a slab is if it is counterfeit. TC

Harsh cleaning. The scratches and whirls show evidence of it being really scrubbed at.

 

Old cleaning and retoned (secondary toning). Also that scratch. I doubt it could end up in a non-genny slab.

Doesn't look like AT, but if it won't get slabbed, its because of damage during/after cleaning.
