NGC is offering a CrossOver special

Apparently, NGC no longer charges the CrossOver fee if a coin does not meet their requirements for the grade.

I got an email about that. I thought that it is questionable because NGC makes more money by accepting the crossover.

 

Actually, they charge you $5 if the coin does not crossover.
