2006 mint set with error Half Dollar

    I got my three 2006 Mint Sets, disappointing overall quality. However in one of the sets the Kennedy Half has a very strongly doubled reverse. All the letters in "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" and all of the stars in the row directly below these letters. Anybody else seen this?

    This scan is the best I can do.

    It appears to be mechanical doubling.
