No scratchs on it, just the holder I took the pictures in along with all the little pieces of cardboard on it. I need to retake the picture outside of the holder.
Nice coin. Something to keep in mind is that the difference between ANA grading standards and PCGS or NGC grading "standards" can be extreme for Twenty Cent Pieces. I've seen many a low VG coin in a high VF slab, and have one such coin in inventory right now (in an NGC VF-30 slab!). The point I'm getting at is that the market readily accepts inflated grades for these coins (either that or the shields are just always so weak that key grade indicators are wildly unreliable) so that makes talking about grades difficult. But like I said, that's a nice coin.
When I was looking for a 20 cent piece for my type set, that was one thing I found time and again that the wear on the eagle on the reverse is a MUCH better indicator than the obverse and based on that I would put this coin easily in the Fine category.
