not sure but I know try here: http://www.lmgtfy.com/?q=1966+Bahamas+1+cent This should get answers to your questions
Nickel-Brass is the composition. If you paid just a quarter, didn't do bad. These to my knowledge aren't worth much due to lack of demand.
rodeo is right that it is made of nickel-brass. A site that will help you in the future if you are going to buy more world coins is numismaster. Or you can always ask here.
Well if you had used google correctly, you would have found this listing that tells you the KM #, wt, composition, etc. If I were you, I would lose the 'tude as it gets a person nowhere good. Jim
If you knew how to use google then why didnt you use it? I am not calling you an idiot, I am trying to get you to use your brain . No you are wrong about google, it doesnt give you just a bunch of ebay sellers..did you look past the first link which is ebay so right there you can get a guess of what it's worth and the link right below that tells you everything you want to know about the coin. The only person you should be upset with is yourself since you have since a vast source of information out there and you arent using it.
Does it look like this? Bahamas 1 Cent 1966 Hopefully the OP's coin is in better shape than this one.
Not a big deal, here is a little something for whoever reads this thread and feels confused: Hey OP, edit this out
I didn't know the OP's coin was also a 1966 when I posted my picture above. I must be psychic! The coin has a pretty design with the starfish.
