I vote NGC because of the white background :hail: but I woud have to say that not all coins look especially good with a white background....like some gold for instance IMHO.
Don't care much for there grading, But to me NTC has the best looking holder. I think the green back ground makes the coin stand out so you focus more on the coin.
I'm not familiar with all holders mentioned, but I went with PCGS. Why? No storage problems. All I have is the pcgs, and anac boxes, and they fit. Safe Cracker
I like pcgs because its clear color makes all coins look good. Also, the lable is nice and white (unlike anacs or icg)
Like the new ANACS slab, label is nice and clear, and you can get a decent view of the coin's edge. Don't care much for their older slabs though.
If I vote for ANACs is it the old or new holders? I like the new holders better than the old holders. I am waiting for the design to settle down a little more before I send about 10 in to get re-holdered. And I really wonder if you added SGS if anyone would vote for them - on purpose. Probably 1 or 2 SGS fans around. My father got his first SGS proof 70 coin(I think a 1970 pr70 dime) - IT WAS a gift from a seller for shipping late. He said the seller has not sold any SGS coins yet - I told him to watch. He may not want to buy from them again if they start selling SGS stuff.
I said NGC, just because I like the white instead of the clear PCGS ones. Also, on the new ANACS ones, you can pop it open, swap the coin, and reseal it. Talk about problems.
The newer ones don't seem to have that problem anymore. They just seemed to have a few quality control issues when the slabs first came out, but they seem to have it fixed now.
I like the mintage figure for the given coin listed on the front of the PCI slab. I also like the beveled edges on the encasement.
