    Is this IH cent I have proof-like, or an actual proof? There seems to be a strong cameo contrast:

    I dont think anyone will be able to help you much with those pictures. There are prooflike IHC's out there though.

    I agree deffinately not pl. Looks like it has verdigris or PVC damage on reverse too..
