I'm talking coins with nice color but you have to light them up to see the color.
Would you add coins like this to your collection?

As in one of Doug's "Black Beauties"? Heck yes!

I like them if they look nice. I have several very dark coins.

Your question really covers a very large range of variables Larry. My answer could only be - that depends. With some dark coins you couldn't give them to me for free. With others I would be excited and proud to have them. But like I said there are just so many variables. To me the coin itself, regardless of its looks, may be of no interest. And then there are many degrees of "dark". With some coins, even if it was a coin I wanted, if it was too dark, I wouldn't want it. There are also different kinds of dark.

There's dark like the cent that Thad posted - no interest to me. And there's dark like this, like caz noted which I would fall over myself to obtain.
