Got these for gold melt value about 2 years ago, when a friend was hard up for money

Now that is some "old gold". Older than any gold here.

 

PCGS AU55/AU58, both CAC. Bought the 1910 raw for $300 years ago plus apx. $60 for all grading fees.

SA 1892 double shaft gold pound minted in Berlin. An error of note as it was minted with two shafts. The actual wagon only have one and was intented to be minted as such. It was corrected by minting the single shaft in Pretoria.

 

updated some photos of some gold. still not the greatest but getting better I think. gold is tricky to photograph.

 

updated photos of my 1838 classic head. some what soft (out of focus). oh well i'm bored.I'll keep playing around with it.



version after I sharpened it up a little in IPhoto. still soft.looks brown. needs more light.
