Trying to figure out the value of an inherited coin. It is a 1906 S $20 Gold, it is in an older green PCGS slab and graded MS63.

If I wanted to sell this coin relatively quickly what could I expect to get for it?

    How about a 1904 MS63 in a newer slab?

    Thanks for any help.

I would say between $1850 and $2,000 would be their retail range... every dealer is going to be different on what they will offer you tho.

Thanks for the reply LostDutchman. What about the 1904 MS63? The 1906-S has more numismatic value I believe?

That price range covered both. The 06 S is slightly better and would be in the $1,950 and the $2,000 range... maybe $2,100.
