I have a 1970 Dime with doubling on the obverse (most noticeable on the B E R of LIBERTY). I am looking to find some information on determining it's value. Any help?

Chris welcome to the forum! It is mechanical doubling which is considered a type of damage, and not a boubled die.It has no premium value above the coin value.
