An average circulated $2 bill has not premium over face value and are very common. They are not worth saving IMHO. They don't circulate much and as a result have the appearance of "rarity" to a non-expert because they don't see them in change very often. But, they are extremely common. However, like any other coin or note...condition and type do make a difference. There are some $2 bills that have value, but most do not.
