Hmm, I would say, you get them for about what they were worth, so you didn't get a deal, but you didn't get cheated either.
Well I know this much there guarnteed to be worth atleast more than what I paid for them by guess... not much but from what I got in my ngc registry it looks like the ms 70 over or bout 100 dollars and the 69s are about 56 dollars
Indeed? Who issues this valuable guarantee? I want them to guarantee my coins will be worth more than I paid for them too!
Yup, at current silver prices at the time of this writing ($27 an ounce), equals 115% paid over spot. 58 is what percent over 27 = 215%. But the only thing that really matters is, are you happy with the purchase?
I've added a few peices to my ngc registry an they been about right...yea I'm happy but I'm wondering if people have paid more than I have???
People do overpay. Most I have overpaid for something though is $5 for foreign coins worth $2. I do believe though I may have underpaid for things. The quarters below I bought when melt was close to $6 and have seen the 1930 standing being priced for $15 which is overcharging.
That looks to me that it is 2 oz not 4 oz. They are slabbed and graded though. I personally wouldn't by slabbed bullion coins but that is just me and don't know about their value.
Where are you getting 2 oz and not 4 oz? The OP purchased 4 2012 ASE coins, I'd say that's 4 oz of silver, not 2 oz.
didn't notice the prices left to the right column I just saw the two prices on the right column and didn't notice two of the coins had prices listed to the left. I didn't understanding the table formatting. I bought my silver eagle from Silvertowne, this is what they charge for things like that: http://www.silvertowne.com/c-278-silver-american-eagles.aspx The prices above look similar to those listed on this website so maybe he paid the going rate about? Did these prices include shipping. I just found one you bought for $46 sold at Silvertowne for $37 plus shipping here: http://www.silvertowne.com/p-18544-...an-francisco-mint-ms69-er-ngc-blue-label.aspx They do have free shipping deals sometimes though. This one you bought for $63 though is alot higher: http://www.silvertowne.com/p-18416-...eagle-ms70-first-releases-ngc-blue-label.aspx
Imagine what you could have bought these for without the marketing fluff? Like $49.95 plus $4.95 shipping and they would be in OGP.
