I'll bow out of this reel mapping contest, but I'll leave these two photos as Exhibit A and B of eight possible symbols on Reel 2 to either help or confirm or dispute all future guesses. Good Lock

I just noticed someone has my guess #1 above. I know I cannot edit, but if allowed, I'll change my first guess to:
    melon blank bar

    the 2nd one remains
    train bar melon

If not allowed, my previous post stands as my guess

  15. Hey thecointrader, do you think you could post pictures of the prizes?

    silentnviolent accumulator--selling--make an offer I can't refuse

With a prize list like he's got, that would take all day! Then he wouldn't be able to spin the reels! ;)

After reviewing the reels for the last time I have come up with this mapping of reel number two:

Reel 2: loco, blank, melon, bar, melon, blank, melon, loco, melon, blank, melon, bar, melon, blank, melon, bar, loco, blank, melon, bar, melon, blank

I believe this is correct and the next spin will most likely be to check if it is correct.
Thank you for this very fun and challenging contest Randy :thumb: .

Comment: I'll bow out of this reel mapping contest, but I'll leave these two photos as Exhibit A and B of eight possible symbols on Reel 2 to either help or confirm or dispute all future guesses... you can find a lot of stuff on the web with a little searching. (LFCfan, Post #305)

Response: Very good, LFC. Indeed, those are photos from the seller's auction of this machine. I had forgotten that those photos were available to help with the mapping. I wish I had thought to look at those photos before the contest began. Thanks for posting.

    ----------------------

Comment: My first try at this. Thanks for the game. Wohoo here we go. (Eatranman, Post #308)

    Response:
Welcome to our contest, Eatranman. Maybe "Beginners Luck" will bring happy results your way.

    ----------------------

Comment: Dang... a consolation prize... let's try again. (Bobbeth87, Post #312)

Response: Indeed, the two-spin design of this contest creates a natural paradox. Do you want to choose two different guesses... and possibly win nothing but consolations... or do you want to choose two identical guesses... even though it seems unlikely that identical results will occur back-to-back.

    ----------------------------------------------

Comment: I just noticed someone has my guess #1 above. I know I can not edit, but if allowed, I'll change my first guess to MELON BLANK BAR (Bobbeth76, Post #313)

Response: Sorry, I can't allow changes. It's one of those things where -- if everyone changed guesses -- it would be too difficult to track. Once a player is allowed to change their guess, that may make another player want to change his guess to take the symbol combination a previous player just changed, etc. I felt it was better to lay the responsibility on players to check previous guesses before posting. Don't feel too bad, Bobbeth. We still have players guessing BLANK for the first reel.

    ----------------------------------------------

Comment: Hey thecointrader, do you think you could post pictures of the prizes? (Andersonelijah, Post #314)

Response: I'd like to, however, I really don't have the time to upload photographs all of the prizes. If I did, I'd probably list them on eBay. Read on...

Follow Ups (Silentnviolent and K2Coins, Post #315 and #316): With a prize list like he's got, that would take all day... How about everyone posts a photo of their prize.

    --------------------------------------------

Comment: After reviewing the reels for the last time, I have come up with this mapping of reel number two... (K2coins, Post #318)

Response: Thank you for your continued effort. I won't be reviewing the Reel Mappings at this time. I'd rather postpone the headache a few more rounds, in hopes that players will reach a concensus of what the reel symbols are. If there is still a dispute later on, I'll take some Alka-Seltzer and examine the guesses.
