If am understanding the description on uspapermoney.info about the 2006 new york mismatched serial star notes were there 200,000 printed? If so that doesnt actually mean that all 200k got out into circulation correct?

I really don't know. That would be a lot of replacements but then I have heard of bundles of replacements being found.

One of the U.S. money guys can help with that.

In Canada the replacements have to be verified in a certain range. The remaining were bundled and sent out as regular bank notes.

The apparent printage was 20,000, not 200,000. They would have had serial numbers B06700001* through B06720000*, but on each note the right-hand serial number starts with a 2 rather than a 0.

It looks like only about half of the printing actually got out. As far as I know, the lowest and highest serials observed are B06712375* and B06719792*.
