It's not the 1st time I've seen people take pictures holding the coin. I've seen some quite pricey coins, where the seller held it between two fingers to show the edge, not real bright! Then again, maybe not everyone knows how to handle coins. I've known to hold them by the edge only since I was six years old.
What a moron. So if you're the buyer and you now know that lost likely fingerprints are going to eventually appear, what do you do? Esp. if you're going to have it slabbed. Heck I hold my slabs by the edge...
If I understand your question correctly then it is simple. The file was a .gif file and I uploaded it using the insert image option when replying on this forum. Uploading a .gif file is no different than a .png, .jpg or any other sort of file.
What I don't understand is that he has the coin in a holder. Why is he handling it? he can easily take pictures of it while holding the holder instead.
I hope the buyer has it slabbed as a walk through and gets that thing away from him before the fingerprints appear!
