Need advice: 2003 Jefferson missing entire rim

I'm a new coin roll hunter and after weeks of searching I think I found an error. It doesn't have a rim and is a bit smaller. What do you think? Thanks so much!

I don't see an error, just a very weakly struck nickle.

 

Sorry, not an error. This nickel looks like it was caught in a dryer or something else that wore the rim down. Either way, it's post mint damage.
