    wrong with the e in one..

    Hello! The pics are pretty small to be able to tell much. It may be a clip, but I have a feeling the E is post mint damage. But I really can't tell for sure.

    I don't know,the edge of the clip looks a little funny to me,but there are others here who are much more knowledgable than I am.

    My opinion is damage. On the reverse you can see where metal from the rim was pushed inward into the field.
