Although not directly coin related, I just want to say Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there. My dad turned me on to coin collecting back when I was a kid and now that I'm a man, we have really bonded over the past few years because of coin collecting. Does anyone else have fond memories of coin collecting with their dad?
My dad also got me started. He asked me when I was 8, "Do you want to collect coins". I thought HUH? But I said yes and here I am today.
Although my Dad didn't start me out, he did encourage me. He bought me albums to save them in and let me go though his change. Thanks Dad! and happy Father's day to y'all.
