Founda lincoln, 1982 and it everything on the face side looks thicker. The date, "Liberty" "In god we trust" and even his figure.

    Is it a DD?

I haven't seen any 1982 Double Die Obverse's nor do I know of any.

There are 1983 Double Die REVERSE's with the words "One Cent" that are easily seen as doubled. They are worth some money.

Filled or worn dies may cause the date to appear thicker, but all intensive purposes, they are not worth anything, unless noted in the Red Book, PCGS Price Guide or the Grey Sheets.

Post a pic Ilya - it's the only way to know. New varieties are found all the time ;)

    Haha, I'm a newbie....

The date, etc just look a little thicker than usual. Probably no double die.

There is an '82 DDO by the way - doubling evident on In God We Trust. Breen # 2300 & FS # 1C 034.5 ;)

When searching for varieties - don't forget the Cherrypicker's Guide !
