I've been buying them for 15 years. Not all are made in America. Have to check the tag and I think I'm cool for wearing them. :) I see a lot of people in the gym wearing them also. Men and women

I sometimes refer to people using coin grades. For instance, my mom's co-workers are basal state.

    Same with me..

I had this weird thought: what if they slabbed other collectibles besides coins and such.
    Imagine....

Car collector : " I just got an original 1964 GTO with tri-power, 4 speed, and all."

Collector's buddy :" Wow, that must be fun to drive."

Collector : " I dunno, I can't drive it, it's in a big plastic case. But it is graded "assembly plant state 67."

    Yeah, I'm weird

The prices for Nike's aren't that bad, you just gotta know where to buy them.

Where? Off the back of a truck in a dark alley? I'm usually there buying speakers anyway.

Okay, here's my take on numismatics in the real world.

When some friends of mine gawk at a woman and say "She's looking fine!"
I often find it offensive that somebody would give her such a low grade.

  10. Imagine if they had graded her genuine, details. TC

A man looking at a fine woman is better than a woman saying she's looking for a good man.
