What does everyone think about color and grade on this one?

Just a wild guess on my part but the coin kind of looks like it may have been lightly polished a long time ago, and then toned afterwards. I'd say the coin has AU details.

If that is how it appears to you then I am more than inclined to believe you.. I wasn't sure if it had a good appearance or not as I am not good with these..

Looks like a typical 39S issue, these are all kind of grainy looking....I disagree with Doug.

Like I said, I'm not really familiar with Lincoln's enough to know these. I thought the color looked good but, wasn't sure on the grade as much..

I do think I see some wear on this one, FWIW. The way the TPGs grade these for their markets, though, I think I can say BadThad is pretty much in their ballpark at an acceptable MS63RB. Can't say that tarnish would sniff out at the PCGS SecurePlus(tm) tier, although I could care less about that, really. Final thought, in spite of the color, good eye-movement still preserved through the coin.

I think it is hard to grade this one from those photos. The pictures are really "hot", in the sense that the light and editing of the photos over saturated the image of the coin.

    It has nice color though.

I agree; plus the angle you have the lighting is creating a shadow on Lincoln's face. On top of that there is no luster showing which is probably caused from the way the picture was taken, angle it was taken etc.

Doug may be right about the polishing but, then again, he may be wrong. I don't know.
What I DO know is that, based on the photos, it doesn't appear to be uncirculated.

Amazing! I would say either AU-58 or MS-64. Can't quite tell which though.
