Is this 1794 Franklin Press Token Real?

Today I visited a vendor while I was set up at a flea market. I found a ton of old coins dirt cheap (see other thread).

However I found this one coin for $15, and got it for $8 as part of a "package deal".

This fellow was pretty set on prices for us coins, but knew little about world and old coins, like me:D.

However I was attracted to the 1794 date, and for $8 I couldn't go wrong.

So I go back to my stand, and look this coin up. Come to find out, it's a 1794 Franklin Press Token.

One coin, in poorer condition, sold for $275.

But with any valuable coin, many fakes exist. Please help me decide if this is the real deal. I think it is, but want a second opinion.

From what I can tell, it looks to be genuine with no die crack in " Libertas" . Here is an example from my collection.

Can we see the edge of the coin? or, just look at the edge yourself, if theres a fin line running around it, its a fake, if not, it makes it one step closer to being real. I LOVE flea market finds like that!

I think it's real Detecto. I don't see anything that leads me to believe it isn't. Great pickup for $8.00!

Why are there denticles in the OP coin and I can't see any on the one in the PCGS slab?
