Is this a Jeton? A fantasy piece? A merchant token? Or an actual coin?

Just a few quick thoughts and comments ... I am sure others are better at determining which is what. :)

The coins in posts #6 and #9 are Hungarian pieces. (Austria-Hungary, but the text is in Hungarian.)
#12 should be Austrian - Franz II.
#13: The year is below the word "Centimes". Should be in the "revolution format", much like this one: http://www.lesfrancs.com/francais/5c1796rh.jpg
#16 is from Würzburg, I think.
#22: STADTMYNZ means something like city coin. This one could be from Augsburg, but I'm not sure.
#23: Yes, Vienna. Issued about 200 years ago ...

This is just copied from a Krause Book so the titles for after 1800 (in order are) are Date Mintage F VF XF UNC BU before is Date Mintage VG F VF XF UNC (no BU)
    1816 Half Kreutzer: 1816A — 1.00 2.00 4.00 25.00 —
    1863 Kreuzer (not heller): 1863E — 15.00 35.00 75.00 160 —
    1790 1/4 Kreutzer:1790F — 2.50 5.00 10.00 25.00 40.00
    1800 1/4 Kreeutzer: 1800A — 3.50 7.00 15.00 50.00 —
1868? 4 Kreutzer cant see it in my Krause sorry
    1795 12 Kreutzer: 1795F 10,340,000 10.00 20.00 50.00 100 —

Your mystery is a 1 Kreutzer from the early 19th century but I can`t make out the date
You French revolution 5 cent, their date is written in the form Lan-4 which is 1795-1796 or Lan-5 1796 yours is unredeable sadly so I cant value
    Indochina 10 cent 1927: 1927A 6,471,000 2.50 7.00 17.50 40.00 60.00
Your German mystery is a mystery to me ;)
    1810 1/2 Kreutzer: 1810 — 6.00 12.00 30.00 150 — (Definitely looks like Wurzburg)
    1753 Heller 1753 — 4.00 10.00 22.00 45.00 — (I`m not sure but looks like BRANDENBURG-BAYREUTH)
Your two hammered coins I dont have a clue about sorry
    1830 Ein Kreutzer Baden: 1830 149,400 4.00 7.50 40.00 85.00 130 1830 D Inc. above 2.50 7.50 16.00 75.00 — (its one of these two)
I`m unsure of your next 3 German coins
    1867 2 Centismi: 1867T 5,000,000 5.00 20.00 40.00 100 130
    1889 5 Centavos Mexico: 1889Mo M Inc. above 1.75 2.00 5.00 20.00 —
I cannot see your 1883 10 cent for some reason in my krause
Your 1 Skilling 1813 I cannot see in either but based on the head it looks like Norway but it still doesn`t show up.

Your last coin up is a French Jeton I have one myself with a similar design but haven`t researched it

I`m afraid thats all I can get for I`m sure someone else will find the ones I missed.

Right, "Year 4" began in September 1795. This page explains the details very nicely: http://apps.creounity.com/time_machine/index.php?go=revolutionfrancaise.php&lang=en Side note: The guy who wrote and develops this "time machine", Andrei Tretyakov, is also a member here (inscriptor). Great tool. :)

It looks like the duplicate coins from 1868 are 4 Krajczar's from the AustroHungarian Empire. They're quite thick coins.

Where are the mint marks on coins from Baden?

If it's not the D, then 'no mint mark' means it was minted where?

I'd call them VF/VF+, F, but it's hard to tell wear from strike without the coins in hand.
The 1691(or 1694) should be KM#1337, Vienna mint.
Krause says billon for the '75 and silver for the '91, no fineness or mintage listed.
