Hello. I was looking through some old coins that belonged to my grandfather and came upon this coin.
It is pretty worn but you can see on the front LIBERTY running along the top, a person with flowing hair in the middle, and a year beginning with 17 at the bottom. The back has UNITED STATES OF AMERICA running around the sides and in the middle is a wreath with ONE CENT inside of it.
I've done some research and found the US Wreath Cent. Is this it? How much is it worth?

    Your replies are appreciated!

It's a draped bust cent. I can't read the date to tell you much more than that. They minted Draped Bust cents from 1796 through 1807. The 1793 wreath cent had a different figure of Liberty on the front (one with wild hair, IMO).
