I recently purchased six "rare" chinese coins from the Northern Sung Dynasty. I found one online site that showed pictures of coins from that period but mine were not among them. Does anyone know an online reference guide, with pictures, that might help me identify these?

If anyone has the expertise, I can post pics.

If you got them on eBay from a seller located in China (Mainland or Taiwan), Singapore, etc., with a low feedback count, you are just another victim of one of the many scam artists who change IDs faster than I change socks.

    satootoko,

Actually the coins came from Cypress California from a guy with 363 auctions and 100% positive feedback. I paid a little over a dollar each for them. See URL below:

I am such a dope! I also bought some other chinese coins that I was able to identify online. when I got these "rare" coins I just assumed they needed to be identified. I just looked at the webpage for the auction and in big highlighted letters is the info I was looking for.

Sorry if I wasted anyones time

Did I ever tell you the story of my appendectomy?

I got mad at one of my reference books a while back and gave it an appendectomy...
