    Hi all,
Any one think that the line (scar) on his face was self inflicted at the mint? or was he brutally attacked
in some weired PMD kind of way? I can see a ding to the rim, but dont think they are related. Also
wondering if any one thinks that the seven in 1917 looks a bit different. Any input would be great...Pat

+1. Biggest tell-tale sign is at the nose area...

The obv is a lamination, the rim by the bison's back leg is PMD.

Thanks Conder101. Wondering what causes lamination and is it still concidered an
error coin also, would it effect the value of it?

Thanks for the research silentnviolent looks like it may be worth a little something if
it was graded. care to take a stab at the grade of this coin?
