i bought a real old 1909-40 lincoln album real cheap with 60 of the 90 filled and i am going through the pennies. is this a delamination error and does this happen before, during, or after minting? a lot of them have nice rainbow toning.
Sure looks like it to me. And that one obviously happened before striking. But some do occur after striking.
