Are these silver?

The first one looks like it might be pewter, it weighs 10.2 g and is 27 mm.
The other two are 13.5 g and close to 29 1/2 mm

I found a few more pope medals, are these silver?
The first two images here are the obverse and reverse of a 16.1 g 35 mm medal.
The second two images are the obverse and reverse of a 16.1 g 35 mm medal.

 

I noticed this symbol on 3 of the 5 medals, what does it mean?
