I know a dealer who has owned one for the past 25 years who I sell my scrap and buy my gold from, and he also had the shot to buy an 1894-S dime at the time. Both of these coins have less than 20 known. So as I sit here writing this, I wonder what coins are "bargains" now, like maybe the 1889 CC in VG at $500 bid but it will be $2,500 someday.....just pondering where the "steels" are. Amazing how that coin is worth at least 80k now. I know stories about a dealer who owned one of the best NY sets of Civil War tokens and now that set could be worth almost a million dollars. He supplies me with tokens and bank notes for my collection. If you got any crazy stories like this, please write about them. -Matt Draiss
