That's an excellent Silver Eagle.I can't see any flaws in it from the picture you have posted.There's no way to tell what a grading company would give it but i'm pretty sure it would go PR69 or 70.
I'm also going to guess that Ruben Safir is your dad? If so,you're a lucky kid.

I was looking very closely at that photo and I was thinking that. I see no flaw whatsoever in this coin. I have no idea how they grade these 69 or 70.

Its more of a---close your eyes and pick a number---I for one don't give a hoot for the 70 grade.

That is definitely a Proof coin,as the frosted finish is the dead giveaway.I don't know the prices of silver Eagles,but this is definitely worth a lot more than bullion value for sure.
