Help me decide on the best picture!

I have recently ran a contest in the contest forum. The contest was to decide who's picture is the best.

I need help deciding the winner. I would love you guys to take a look at all the entries and vote for the one you think is best. This will help me determine a winner in my contest.

Please just vote for one picture. The picture you like the most. The vote will show who has voted for what picture. SOME PICTURES MAY HAVE TO BE CLICKED FOR FULL SIZE!

I actually pick #1. It sort of brings out the artistic side in the photo taking of the coin rather than the other entries where it's just a straight on shot.

Number 5. I have serious lust for that coin with that toning! All the pix are fabulous--not a bad one in the lot!

Darn, it's going to be really hard to pick the "best" as I have at least a number of them I absolutely either love, or they are just fantastic.....

oooooooh....got to pick just one.....

6, 12, 16, 18, 19, 23, 26, 27, 30, 31, 36, 43, 47, and 51 are my personal favs, but since I can only pic one, guess I'll go with:


26...Lehigh96 really captured that coin's essence.

I have to agree with the others.

My favorites were 1,12,18,26 & 45

I went with #26 as the picture is very crisp

louie2bits, lmao! Your coin is freaking me out. At first I thought I was crazy, but now I finally realized you're the crazy one!

 

I picked #18. The lighting is spot on, no dark or washed out areas. Nice sharp details, captured the colors and luster. The best of the non-pros in my mind.

 

#27's a real eye catcher. Look closer!!

 

I'm partial to Franklins, so it was a tie between #1 and 8, so I eenie Meenie Miney moe'd it.

 

I'm going to let the voting go on for a week or so.

 

I don't envy you LostDutchman...I can see why you enlisted the help from fellow cointalkers.

There were 4 that really moved me, and it was tough making the final decision. Although I was trying to focus on overall artistry and technique, in the end, I needed a tie breaker so I had to fall back on coin design complexity

Out of 52 images; there wasn't a bad one in the lot; nice work everyone!

I couldn't ethically vote for my own so I went with #36. Seems to represent that piece the best artistically. Great pics for all involved.
