I had a couple of modern proof gold coins with copper spots. They were removed perfectly by NCS. However there is a slight streaky haze that can be seen on the coins in the right light. Is this something I should return these items for further correction and cleansing or is that just the nature of removing copper spots? NCS NGC has been great during all of my submission and they do fantastic work so this is not meant to be a negative post. Thanks for any insight.

Sounds to me like the coins have a slight case of dip residue. You can try and send them back though I have no idea what the outcome might be. But I suspect that in time that streaky haze will get worse.

Is this something that could be "rinsed" off with solvent.

Maybe, maybe not. It's really hard to say what is going in without looking at the coin. What I suggested is possible, but it's also possible that the NCS treatment merely revealed something else that was already there on the coin.
