It is a Korean charm with the inscription written in Chinese.

The inscription is the same on the obverse and reverse and reads (using Chinese pronunciation):

"shou fu kang ning" (壽福康寧) which means "longevity, happiness, health and composure"
"fu gui duo nan" (富貴多男) which means "wealth, honor, and many sons"

I am not very familiar with Korean charms but this charm does not appear to me to be "old".

This one is a Chinese charm and it is not old.

The inscription on the top image is tian zi wan nian (天子萬年) which translates as "long live (10,000 years) the Son of Heaven (Emperor)".

The inscription on the bottom image is tian xia tai ping (天下太平) which means "peace under heaven".
