Aloha, Just tonight I was going through my money an found and odd looking dollar bill. The front looks normal, bbut the back was quite odd, it was like it was printed over. The surface on the back is quite rough, like it's been etch. I'm not sure if it's worth anything but it was pretty cool to find, and will keep. Does something like this have a price value? Nice find, Hawaii! Welcome to CT. It's an offset transfer. The ink wasn't dry when the notes were stacked. It will command a premium. How much depends on condition. Don't do anything to this note other than to put it in a protective sleeve. There will be others here to tell you more about your note.
