Pushing the Camera to its limits with a 1835 half dime

    OK - this is the new camera I brought last winter and I'm not going to push it to its maximum powers now with these very small half dimes

    Have I ever told you how much I HATE staples!!...They don't mix well with coins!! SAY NO TO STAPLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Edited to say VERY nice coin!!

    It does tell you how small the coin is. its an amzing gem like little coin

    If that is the limits of your camera... it's not a very good camera.

    Agreed. My iPhone takes better photos than that. Nice coin though!

    Don't you know they are a girls best friend? They love diamonds forever. Now men... They have to tolerate men.

    Man, don't get me started with staples and fractional currency. I cannot tell you how many fractionals I've seen, that have been destroyed by staples.

    I have to agree with a few others -- you need a new camera. You would also get pictures to focus on the coin if you would use a copy stand or tripod (which based on the weird angles and the fact that most of the images are focused on the table, I assume you were not using).
