keep or take back?

    Oh, even if you think first, you can still change your mind later...and recover a significant % of your cost. Unlike watching a movie (which can cost more, nowadays!) The point about unfettered access to info is crucial, IMHO. I certainly wouldn't want to hinder that.

    Here is what happened. I went back and asked if I can get a refund or exchange. He asked what I wanted to exchange them for. I said I explained that I decided that I decided not to go the numismatic route that those coins have numismatic value and want a dollars worth of junk silver. I asked how much $1 worth of junk silver is he said $21 and said it is five dollars more. I got 5 roosies and 5 mercs. He made a bigger sale and I was satisfied with the purchase. He isn't a coin dealer, he is a precious metal dealer who mostly buys and sells bullion. Of course I am going to search the mercs.
