Seems I'm the first one to respond. I'm always timid about throwing a grade out there, but I would be comfortable with a MS 65 non-split band for reasons detailed below:

Obverse: Blemish at 11 o'clock near the B in LIBERTY? Slight wear on the anterior cheek and occipital cap?
Reverse: Something askew between S and O at 12 o'clock area. Something underneath the D in UNITED. Lust looks uneven, though could be lighting,

As for price--No idea as I don't buy MS often, but you could always check closed auction prices. Hope my vauge guess helps.

    Y
our input is very much appreciated and i will take some better photos when i get the chance this was just a quick shot with too much light. I also have to say thank you for explaining how you got to your conclusion.

I continue to stand by my statements in regards to the obverse. The only big area of concern for me on the reverse would be potential luster discremination that is most notable under the "unum" and extends as far to the left of the fasces. Again, luster tends to be dynamic given the light/angle/tilt/ect so this just may be a photo issue, but for me this was a big eye draw and one of the reasons I gave it the 65. Don't take it the wrong way; it's a beautiful coin, but sadly grade is usually made by the number of flaws when it comes to MS coins and those items tend to draw my eye the most.

I did not post more pics because i was hoping for a higher grade i bought this in the mindset that it was a 64, so im actually happy you think it could be a possible 65:thumb: Just thought that the first pics were not good enough to accurately grade with but thank you again...

Fields and luster look like a 65 to me . About the luster break that dimeguy mentioned is it really degraded or is it in the pics , since you have it in hand you;re the only one that can really tell . If it is impaired a 64 would be about right .

I think the pic makes it look worse than it really is but i also looked at some non fb 65s on ebay and seen some in a lot worse shape then mine so 65 seems to jive. this is one i pulled from ebay and mine seems to look better but also i seen some that look similar to mine but check this one out i think its a tad over graded lol...

    Numismedia lists a price on the MS64 at $54 $90 for a MS65.

They always seem high, but I figure yours is worth between 35-40.
