Afghanistan coin id help please

I'm almost positive I have the Afghanistan part correct but can't figure which denomination. Thanks in advance for the help. Sorry the pics aren't that great. (a KM# would be great, as well, if anyone knows) Size of a nickel. Thanks again.

A better date reading or pic would help.

The date looks like it reads as 1372 or 1373, but that would place it as a 1993 or 1994 issue. Which wouldn't make much sense considering no official circulating issues were produced during that era.

If you could give us the size and weight, that may help in attributing your coin correctly.

 

The AH date is 1383.
