    These coins are extremely difficult to grade from an image, luster is everything when it comes to higher grades. But I will venture a guess of XF-45 to AU-50 based on what I can see.

    It's not AU, XF-whatever is more like it. The eagle shows enough wear IMHO that makes it less than AU.

    maybe my favorite coin design...I'll never see one in my hand again.

    I'd say XF45.

    id say its an xf-45 coin still an awesome piece though :)

    It is. The whole design is awesome. its hard to believe they once circulated and that US coin design was once experimental enough to have tried this.
