Hey guys, I'm really new to this whole coin collecting stuff so any input is much appreciated... Well, I came across this dime I have and I'm just curious to see if something like this is considered an "error" coin or just really damaged through circulation? If it is an "error" coin, is it worth anything? Thanks.

There may have been a off center strike? but the Post Mint damage has hidden that if it was a error.

I agree it's all post mint damage. It's not an off center strike, you can see the rim on the reverse.
